How often do you analyse my prompts?
Once a day on every plan. Each tracked prompt is sent to the engines you enable (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Mode) in each market you track. Answers from the same day are highly correlated, so extra runs add cost without adding reliability. An outcome review needs daily answers spread over at least ten days after a change.
What is a tracked prompt?
One active prompt in one market (a region and language, such as Arabic in Saudi Arabia). Your allowance is shared across all brands in the workspace, so you can put more prompts on the brands that matter most.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts start with a 3-day trial limited to 1 brand and 5 tracked prompts.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
